For the third time in a month the local weekly newspaper, the Bordon Herald, has been prompted to bring to light yet again the condition of the communal areas on the estate. This time there does appear to be a slightly positive response from Bellway and Charles Church resulting in the headline "Complaints spark Chase Estate clean-up".
